We invent the concept of "micro-units" of risk, exercise overall risk control through concentrating risk points, and introduce the "Hidden Hazard Traceability APP" for the management of the whole process related to hidden hazards.

We introduce the three-in-one (gas detection, real-time monitoring, and remote transmission) environmental monitoring alarm for high-risk operations to monitor and warn against major risks including hot work and work in confined spaces.

We introduce Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) for quantitatively assessing and targeting major potential hazards for elimination.

We follow the “Action Guide to Preventing ‘Three Types of Violations’ for the Enterprises Involving in Handling of Hazardous Chemicals in Shandong” and set our safety management bottom line standards, which define the “Red Line” for work safety.

Our senior management regularly organizes safety-themed activities with worker teams so that the participants in the safety management system share desires and gain a thorough understanding of the system, cooperates with all intrinsic safety related employees to develop a training and learning APP, introduces online training for all employees, and records training history with "QR codes".

At present, we have more than 70 full-time firefighters and invest 130 million yuan to equip more than 10 fire vehicles and other firefighting equipment, including fire detection drones and firefighting robots.

We cooperate with professional safety institutions and colleges on safety management, including the China Chemical Safety Association, DuPont’s safety team in China, Sinopec Research Institute of Safety Engineering (Qingdao), Tsinghua University, and China University of Petroleum (East China).
